Our Story
BUYASAGA began with a simple idea: gifting in the UAE deserved better than a rushed hamper. The Reserve Collection is our answer — specialty single-origin coffee roasted and repackaged by hand in Sharjah, brewing equipment we actually use ourselves, and presentation that makes opening the box feel like an occasion.
Every coffee is halal certified, registered with Sharjah Municipality (ZAD), and packed fresh in small batches. Whether it's for a client, a loved one, or yourself — we make it worth opening.
Delivery & Returns
Where do you deliver?
Across all seven emirates. Orders are hand-packed in Sharjah and dispatched with trusted couriers.
How much is delivery?
Dhs. 20 flat — free on orders over Dhs. 150.
How long does it take?
Dubai & Sharjah typically next day; other emirates 1–3 working days. Coffee is roasted to order, so allow an extra day at busy times.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, or bank transfer (we send the details on WhatsApp right after you order).
Returns & refunds
If anything arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — no fuss. As coffee is a fresh food product, we can't accept returns of opened bags, but if the cup isn't right, tell us — we'll make it right.
FAQ
How fresh is the coffee?
Roasted in small batches and packed in Sharjah under our food trading licence. Every bag carries its batch number, roast date and best-before date.
Is the coffee halal certified?
Yes — all our coffee is halal certified, and each product page lists its ZAD registration number.
Whole beans or ground?
Bags are 250g whole bean for maximum freshness. Need it ground? Add a note at checkout with your brew method and we'll grind it before dispatch.
Can I choose the coffees in the gift box?
Absolutely — The Reserve Collection includes two coffees of your choice. Add a note at checkout, or we'll WhatsApp you to confirm.
Do you add prices to gifts?
Never. Gifts ship with a beautiful packing note, no prices anywhere.
